You should inform in advance your Class teacher about your decision to leave the school.


If you need to have a recommendation letter or any reference form should be filled by a teacher you should inform the relevant teacher a week before you leave.


You should ask the Exit Clearance form from the school secretary and fulfill its requirement a week before you leave the school.


Exit Clearance Form consists of four steps:

  • All remaining payments (if any) should be done to the school accountancy.
  • The books should be submitted to the relevant library.
  • An official leave letter should be submitted to the Deputy Director.
  • Getting the Report card and Leaving Certificate

You can get the Report card and Leaving Certificate within 3 work days after submitting the Exit Clearance form.
